I think just about anyone could get use from this, just like the med handheld.

The med handheld is probably more OP than this would ever be, honestly.

To be honest, I don't think these are quite as necessary as handheld crew monitors. Crew monitoring is much more dynamic than air alarms. By the time a paramedic gets to an injured person, they could have moved half way across the station. With air alarms, they're a bit more predictable. If you see an air alarm go off, it's likely to still be there by the time you get there. That said, it still might be nice to have them available from cargo or R&D.

i mean it might not be as dynamic but no one really wants to go to the atmospherics computer just to check one alarm, it would be nice if we could just have it to streamline the process.

plus its cool, the crew monitor is bland air alarms are cool, make it happen ;-;
