Add an 'observe if you don't get what job you want' button.

You know the button that says either, "Get random job if options unavailable" or "Get assistant if jobs unavailable"?

Ya, add a third option, "Observe if job options are unavailable."

This might cut down on some round start suicide/ ghosting.

You can click it to have it "Return to Lobby if jobs are unavailable" selected, which does exactly as it says.

 

I got all of my stuff set to that so I can just admin the round if I don't get the jobs I fancy that game.
