Go to one light bulb in the solar access check the APC. A single small bulb is 120 watts. Really? For all the light it casts? Stick 4 small bulbs in a room and you've nearly 500 watts of dim light. At least decrease the light wattage to 60 watts or half. At least that's believable.

With the advent of LED lights, 7-15 watt units exist.

Though, it appears as though INCANDESCENTS are still used here! 100 watts per, easy. But that's for GOOD BRIGHT bulbs, which we DON'T have.

Even if it's 2559, nothing makes sense, so why should lights least of all? Although, 120 IS a bit high.

Problem is just being reasonable an old incandesant bulb can light a room easily. At 60 watts. So I mean... with the crappy lighting we already have on Paradise it'd be nice to have energy requirements reflect our poor lighting system with dark spots all over the joint.

In the far furute of the XVI century, there are wonders of technology like the teleporter, the Marauder combat suit and the most inefficient lightbulbs in the universe! You need to harvest the power from a black hole to power the dim light in the station!

But yes, screw incandescent lightbulbs that break when a carp farts near the station.

The lightbulbs are made by NT, who also sell the plasma that is used for power.

It was also NT scientists who proved that LED and other low-energy use bulbs are linked to SSD.
