Biography:

Born in 2533 in Novossibirsk, Russia, Earth, son of two industrial workers. He lived a normal childhood, with not too many struggles.

Retired Russian Air Force Lieutenant, naive, kind-hearted, and slightly mischievous. Known to be very loud, he is however fairly calm when the situation demands him to be so. He is proud of his heritage and will at times flaunt it. Had some trouble learning Galatic Common, and still has some hard time pronouncing some words, not to mention his accent. Enjoys alcohol but is responsible enough not to drink it when he shouldn't. When he is out of security duty he enjoys relaxing behind the bar or kitchen counter. Firmly believes his liver is not only healthy, but superior to everyone else of a different heritage.

Early in 2551 he was admitted to the Russian Air Force (Voyenno-Vozdushnye Sily Rossii, commonly abreviated as VVS). In 2555 he graduated from Yeysk military aviation school as middle of the class, scoring best at navigation and human performance subjects, and with no clear worst subject. He was assigned to the Vyazma 6965th aviation base, Smolensk Oblast, First Air Force and Air Defense Command, flying transport helicopters, with a focus on search and rescue missions, mostly after stranded and/or hurt hunters and loggers.

In March 2556 he was deployed to Mars as part of a rotation to the 8th Russian Air Force Expeditionary Force, to help stabilize a local insurgency uprising. Previous rotations had built a reputation of stretching their limits in regards of their search and rescue missions' range and endurance in order to bring back more people and more rapidly, and the crew in which Sergey was inserted was no exception, having ultimately being involved in a crash of unclear circumstances, with one side claiming to have shot it down, and the other claiming a mechanical failure. Sergey and the rest of the crew escaped with minor injuries and returned to service shortly after, in part due to the constant requests (read: yelling) of Sergey being: "fine!", and: "Only one of my hands is broken!".

He ended the deployment in September 2557, having accumulated 240 flight hours. Upon returning, he began a Tactical Leadership Program training module, which despite success, he never fully completed. Later that same year he applied for a position inside Nanotrasen as a security pod pilot, which after interviewing and medical testing, was accepted. It is believed that the time of appliance and of the aforementioned program overlap, leading to believe that his non conclusion was more due to new perspectives with the new employer. He began Nanotrasen indoctrination and conversion of his license in order to accommodation also space pods in April 2558, which was concluded in June 2559. However, he did struggle financially, and accepted an offer as a Security Officer in May 2559, after completing indoctrination, in order to help pay the expenses.

Sergey is best officer.

The event we had with the Russian commissar was great too, would have liked it to pan out a bit longer before everyone got shot up though.
