So I'm just going to throw out all my shitty ideas now into Suggestions just to get them out of my system.

This would go inline with a gamemode sorts. There are already a few (read: enough) creatures that can vent crawl and most of them are antag beings as well. Nothing however that can't be wielded shut though or actually makes you feel the fear. I want to remedy that.

The idea here is basically the spider creature from the movie "It" or maybe "Tremors" if you want. 'It' normally lived underground or in the sewer system (been a long time since seeing it) and would lure people to eat them. What if we had something similar to that? A creature that lurked in the piping waiting for someone to walk up close to it before jumping out at them and ripping their feet or legs off! Maybe if no one is around to save that person in time they get eated completely. This would totally scare the shit out of anyone if it included an attack sound and the victim screaming. Maybe some minor gib spawning to show that the person is getting ripped into. Well, better wield those vents! Or should you...?

This is a creature that must rely on staying in an area where it can't be reached. If it doesn't have any access points then it might as well make its own. The ability to burst out of piping or vents, and thereby breaking them, would add an additional threat to this creature as it can't be stopped like other vent crawlers. Of course it would also have to be able to reenter busted piping. As a last resort it could try to roam maint halls but it might die quickly to a graytide unless this creature has a means to become more robust. Maybe an evolution form like "Tremors".

Tell me what you guys think. I feel if this is possible to code it would be an amazing experience.
