The only place you can actually get it is from the holodeck, which, frankly, makes me sad. Plus, I think there is a couple hats/clothes inside of the holodeck that you can only get in the holodeck. It shouldn't be too hard to port some of those holodeck objects into a machine somewhere, they're already in the system and currently wearable. Also some more hairstyles would be nice, not saying these are thing that need to be done RIGHT NOW. But it'd be cute to see them in the future.
