Perhaps let you shove a cheap lighter in at the cost of losing 2 cigs worth of space, or a match at the same space as a cig (if we even have individual matches, i should check that). As a non-smoker myself (in and out of game), I'm not entirely sure of the spatial constraints you'd realistically face from this, but I know it's possible.
