The floor painter tool really degrades the whole RP-level of the station by allowing anyone/everyone to bluespess floortiles to any color/material in the matter of a click, so often it is used to change ALL the tiles of the station now looks like a circus. What I am suggestion is the floor painter having charges, sort of like the spray can maybe paint buckets?
