Rework firelocks

Make firelocks constructible with metal, make them deconstructible too, and remove the horrible "Are you sure you want to close the firelock?" message that has ruined many chases.

I mean like you can make Fire alarms but there is no point making fire alarms if you cant make firelocks

With linda, fire doors are also useless, same like all useless atmos system. Delete all fire doors.

Fire alarms are to stop fire spreading/give you a warning that something might be wrong
