It's a modest pricing though if those that bought them in the past for the the 100 price could ask for a very tiny reimbursment like 15? So, it's not overly easy but at the same time they can get some KP back. Thus leading all humans to be clowns and so all humans on station are in fact clowns; comic sans and all. On topic, plasmamen karma shop is more of a gimmick and meant to be 100 so there aren't too many.
