It's only a item when rub summons a genie, Aka a admin. only time the item shows in the round of the game if a admin wants to do this. it have three wishes. Each Genie can place down their own rules and what not. but here three rules that will be share to all of them 1. I can not grant a wish to have someone dead or to be killed. 2. I can not being back the dead. 3. I can not make someone love you. It would present admins with a vehicle for their enjoyable pasttime of giving a player what they ask for, but it being not at all what they wanted. Also, obligatory reference: P.S. Or make them into a prince? Can't claim to know, I don't have much stake in this idea. I', neither for it nor against it. Just wanted to provide a link to a prior attempt at the idea as a sort of baseline on what it could do, and maybe some pre-completed coding (Though it being /vg/station means it would have to be tweaked to work on paracode anyway.)
