So that they show a picture of the legitimate owner, as well as fingerprints, job and DNA ? Something alike a little nanouiframe. A bit like this: Idea is that a sec oficer can check your id card with your face, without opening a security console. All ID cards shows information like photo, fingerprint hash, DNA, blood type etc while you EXAMINE the card. You can't change or write such information on blank ID as HoP still. Only agent ID can have such things changed. So I think we need rework of ID computer to allow HoP to set more things on ID.
