Keroman Posted January 1, 2017 Posted January 1, 2017 While the idea makes sense it would definitely be a significantly easier method of essentially turning off the camera without having the necessary tools and finding the right wire to cut. Maybe we could have the tape fall off after a minute because the camera is made of "non-stick" materials? Then the tape falls to the ground, the camera can see again, and a detective could scan the tape for evidence of who used it. Covering a camera with tape should at least be considered "Vandalism" under Space Law, or potentially, "Creating a Workplace Hazard" if someone is injured or killed in the area where the camera's view was blocked out.
