This template is for a banner image displayed on the TGMC wiki. The banner rotates images, changing on set hours, keeping things somewhat fresh. The switching is based on the local hour. Local where exactly? Iunno.

The template includes specifications for every hour in chronological order now, since this assists in maintainability and for people to add more banners in the future.
