Requesting an Admin
🧷 Need help? No admin online? Follow these simple steps to get the assistance you ned!
1️⃣ Before you do anything else, make sure you've ahelped in-game
Your ahelp should include as much detail (including the full names of anyone involved) as possible. The more information we have, the faster we can get to resolving your problem.
2️⃣ Your ahelp is automatically relayed to Discord!
This is only the case if no admins are online. If an admin appears online and hasn't responded in 15 minutes or more, include this in your ping.
3️⃣ Ping a supportmin with @Supportmin, the name of the server you're on, and your Byond account name (ckey)
Do not include any other information, as this would be considered a violation of Rule 3.
There may be a role specific to your server that you can ping. Try @Terry-min or @Manuel-min!
4️⃣ If an admin is available, they'll hop on the server and handle your issue.
One ping is all you need, subsequent pings are unnecessary and rude. Do not ping any admins by name, or DM them directly. Administrative issues are handled strictly in-game and will not be resolved via Discord under any circumstances.
Remember, one ping only.

Never, ever ping if you need an admin to complete a TC trade for you.
