Step 1. Can you be a Xeno?

First, open your character preferences and find the Xenomorph option under Occupation Choices:



If that underlined in red bit say yes, you have the chance to be a Xeno at round start. (it's a pretty high chance.)

Step 2. Oh god I'm a worm!

Now you are a larva and have the wonderful world of the Xenomorph ahead of you.
