Medical HUD |
Primary Storage Operating Theatre |
This will allow you to immediately see how injured someone is. | Shows different information on your HUD. The bar represents the health of the patient, green being healthy and red being unhealthy. The icon represents their health state, a cross represents they do not have any visible afflictions, a sick icon means they have a virus and a heartbeat icon will mean they are suffering from a critical condition such as shock or heart failure. |
Health Analyzer |
Medical Kits Emergency NanoMed NanoMed Plus |
Examination of patient vitals and damage levels. | Scans patients and displays their overall health status. In detail, it shows their blood level, blood type, pulse, genes, body temperature, damage levels and limbs affected, fractures, infections and viruses. (Note: If a patient has internal bleeding or bone fractures, the scanner will only inform you that they exist, not where they are on the body.) |
Health Analyzer Upgrade File:HAUpgrade.png |
NanoMed Plus | Enhancement of Health Analyzer functions. | A little gadget that is attached onto a regular Health Analyzer. Shows a patient's ingested reagents, their amount and any active addictions. |
Medical Hypospray |
NanoMed Plus | Rapid delivery of medicine. | The Hypospray can instantly inject some (5u at a time, 15u max) of its contents. Can only hold harmless chemicals (generally this means ones that cannot deal damage in any circumstance, including overdose) unless emagged. A savvy doctor might fill it with a mix of medicines to quickly stabilize a critical patient (for example a 1:1 mix of epinephrine and saline-glucose solution). If emagged, it penetrates hardsuits. |
Defibrillator |
Primary Storage Operating Theatre |
Reviving the dead. | A defibrillator, used for reviving recently deceased patients. Ctrl+click it in order to grab the paddles, then use them in your hand in order to grab one paddle in each hand. Patients who committed suicide cannot be revived. If emagged or subjected to an EMP, becomes an incredibly potent weapon. |
Handheld Defibrillator |
Primary Storage Operating Theatre |
Restarting hearts, healing respiratory damage. | A small handheld defibrillator, used to resolve cardiac arrest and heal respiratory damage. Only works on patients who are in critical condition. They will recharge on it's own after a short cooldown. WILL NOT REVIVE PEOPLE! If emagged or subjected to an EMP, becomes an incredibly potent weapon. |
Handheld Crew Monitor |
NanoMed Plus Paramedic's Garage |
Observing the crew's status in real time, on the go. | A handheld version of the crew monitor computer, lets you see everyone's suit sensors on the fly. |
Crew Pinpointer |
NanoMed Plus Paramedic's Garage |
Tracking down crewmembers. | A device which, when activated, allows you to select a crewmember with maximized suit sensors from a list (press the first letter of their name to quickly find them) and track them by following an arrow that appears on its screen. The arrow's color depends on the distance from the person. |
Pill Bottle |
Lobby Desk Primary Storage Exam Room |
Storage of small medical supplies. | A small bottle that can hold a number of pills and other supplies such as patches.
|
Patch Pack |
Primary Storage | Storage of multiple patches efficiently. | A small container for patches of all types.
|
Bottle |
NanoMed Plus Smartfridge |

Primary Storage | Ranged injection of chemicals. | A device that can fire loaded syringes, filled with any kind of chemicals. Useful mostly for the CMO to forcibly remove powers via the use of Mutadone. |
Dropper |
Lobby Desk Primary Storage NanoMed Plus |
Injection of chemicals. | Medical uses of a dropper are mostly the administration of eye medicine or disinfecting organs. |
Penlight |
Lobby Desk | Observation of pupil reflex. | A light in the form of a pen. Used to check pupil reflexes of a patient by targetting their eyes with the pen turned on. Serves as a small light source. Can be attached to an ear. |
Stethoscope |
Lobby Desk Loadout Menu |

Advanced Body Scanner |
Exam Room Operating Theatre |
Extensive scan of the patient, displaying damage levels, infections and fractures on all limbs and organs. | The Advanced Body Scanner scans the whole body of a patient, showing the state of each limb and organ in detail. Also shows vitals, blood level and temperature. Results can be printed. |
Cryotube |
Exam Room | Can be used to heal brute, burn, but most usually respiratory damage | Dependent on its set temperature and which chemicals it is filled with, will heal respiratory damage very fast, in addition to brute and burn damage. |
Sleeper |
Exam Room | Administration of chemical medicine and Dialysis. | The Sleeper is a convenient device that injects a variety of chemical medicine into a patient. It is usually used to treat addictions and non-critical patients without wasting potentially scarce medical supplies. Upgrading it with RnD parts will increase the maximum amount of chemicals the sleeper can inject. Additionally, it is the only device that can perform dialysis on a patient - Remember to empty the beaker every 50u! |

Object | Description |
Dropper File:Eyedropper.png |
For quick application of a chemical to some one, usually for self defence. Also good for transferring single units of silicate and thermite to your "splashing" beaker. Ether and acids can be rapidly applied to people with this tool. |

Science Glasses |
Standard eyewear for the chemist, protect the eyes against chemicals. Also allows you to see what chemicals are in a container. |
Pill Bottle |
This little container can hold up to 50 pills . Make sure to label it to remember what it contains. |
Bottle |
Especially made for holding liquids. They can be made by a chemist from the ChemMaster 300 and are mostly used to fill syringes and automenders.
Unlike bottles from the NanoMed Plus, they can hold up to 50 units of liquid. |
Beaker |
Useful for mixing in, or for splashing chemicals with.
This is a container specifically for holding liquids. They are most commonly found in Medical and Chemistry Lab. It is ill-advised to splash whatever you find in a beaker onto your face and neck, or if possible, to inject it straight into your veins with a syringe. Standard glass beakers hold 50 units of liquid. Large beakers hold 100 units. |
Pill |
Pills can be swallowed as a medical treatment to both the living and dead. On-contact chemicals will not function in pills. Each one can contain up to 100 units of active chemicals. |
Patch |
Patches are used for on-contact chemicals, or for standard chemicals with low overdose thresholds. Standard chemicals will have their full amount slowly injected over time, until the patch runs out. They can hold up to 30 units of chemicals. |
Chemistry bag |
The chemistry bag can hold up to 50 items, however it will only pick up pills, patches, bottles and beakers. You can click with the chemistry bag while holding it to pick up all items on the tile that it can hold, and click on a smartfridge or pill bottle to empty it's contents on it for convenience. |
Grenade |
A grenade assembly is infrequently made by chemists in order to create healing grenades. Keep in mind that making explosives is a breach of SOP for a Chemist. |
Chemistry Machines
Object | Description |
Chem Dispenser |
A machine used to create and dispense chemicals. With built in power cells it is able to operate without connection to the power grid, but once it runs out of power it will be unable to produce chemicals. Connected to the grid the dispenser will slowly recharge. |

ChemMaster 3000 |
Separates, bottles, and makes tablets/patches out of the chemicals you loaded inside. You can load it with any container that can fit in the chem dispenser. Just select the amount of each chemical you with to work with. Ejecting the container while working on a chemical will make the chemical go to waste. You can make pills, patches, and bottles with it. |
Reagent Grinder File:Blender.png |
Grinds, crushes, liquefies, and extracts reagents from materials placed into it. If there is a significant reagent associated with the item, the Reagent grinder will distill a pure sample inside the collection beaker.
Works on: |
ChemHeater |
Used to make chemical reactions by heating up the reagents. |
