Medical is the group of professions that are centered around keeping the crew fit and healthy. The professions that are included in the Medical profession block are:

• Chief Medical Officer as the Head of the Department.
  • Medical Doctors who deal with the vast majority of injuries that crewmembers suffer.
  • Virologists who deal with viral outbreaks.
  • Geneticists who deal with the bodies of the deceased. Shared with the Research department.
  • Chemists who mix medicines for medical use. Shared with the Research department.
  • Paramedics retrieve and provide medical attention to crewmembers outside the Medbay.
  • Psychologists who take care of the mental health of the crew.
