Sometimes, strange anomalies are spotted on the Cyberiad. To remove these anomalies grab an analyzer and a remote signaler, scan the anomaly with the analyzer, and signal the appropriate frequency. If you're successful, you will receive an anomaly core which can be stuck into the deconstructive analyzer, or, more commonly, used to finish a Phazon mech or a suit of reactive armor. The effects of the reactive armor change upon what core is installed in it.

Anomalies

Sometimes, strange anomalies are spotted on Nanotrasen stations. To remove these anomalies grab an analyzer and a remote signaler, scan the anomaly with the analyzer, and signal the appropriate frequency. If you're successful, you will receive an anomaly core.

Item Description
Hyper-Energetic Flux
FluxAnomaly.png
An anomaly that shocks things nearby it. It is not mitigated by insulated gloves. It's core is used in construction of the BSG. Using it in a reactive armor creates reactive tesla armor.
Bluespace
Orb.gif
An anomaly that teleports anything that touches it. It's core is used to finalize the construction of a Phazon. Using it in a reactive armor creates reactive teleport armor.
Gravitational
GravAnomaly.gif
An anomaly that sucks all objects towards it, and flings them around.
Pyroclastic
PyroAnomaly.png
An anomaly that spawns high temperature plasma. Eventually spawns a pyroclastic time if the anomaly is not removed.
Vortex
VortexAnomaly.gif
An anomaly that pulls objects towards it and rips up floors, similar to a black hole.

Anomaly Cores

Anomaly cores can be stuck into the deconstructive analyzer or more commonly, used to finish a Phazon mech or a suit of reactive armor. The effects of the reactive armor change upon what core is installed in it. Anomaly cores can also gotten from Sol Traders (Occasionally), the Mecha-Fauna boss on lavaland (Guaranteed), or from the ash walker nest tendril (Guaranteed).
