Head of Personnel
The Head of Personnel is in charge of assigning and reassigning crew members correctly and making sure station departments are well-staffed and running optimally (and stay that way). He is in charge of the Service Department

Janitor
As the Janitor, your job is simple. Keep the station clean and tidy and do all the dull maintenance work that the engineers are too busy to look at. This is a fairly relaxing and useful for new players to learn the game.

Chef
As the Chef, it's your job to provide quality food for the crew and keep them fed. Pretty easy to know what you are doing, this is a great role to learn game mechanics and interact with crew members.
Bartender.png
Bartender
As a Bartender, it's your job to keep any alcohol inclined crew happy. That means serving drinks to anyone who comes by the Bar. Also, playing pieces on the Piano isn't a bad idea either. You also have the sobriety gene, making you completely immune to the effects of alcohol.
Botanist.png
Botanist
As a Botanist, it's your job to grow stuff for the Chef to keep the crew fed. There are plenty of vegetables to grow, and if you're feeling adventurous, there are some other less edible plants to experiment growing with.
Barber.png
Barber
As a Barber it's your job to give haircuts to the crew. You have plenty of haircuts to choose from as well varying colors you can dye peoples hair. This job is heavily roleplay focused so don't be afraid to talk it up with your clients!

Clown
The Clown is the funny person aboard the station! They usually tell funny jokes or unique puns to entertain the crew, either in person or over the radio.

Mime
Silently stalking the station, leaning against invisible walls, sitting on invisible chairs, eating invisible food: the Mime has a connection to another world beyond the senses of mortals. The Mime is the rival of the noisy Clown, and usually has a higher standard for their silent pranks and invisible shenanigans.

Chaplain
The Chaplain's role is to provide spiritual guidance to the crew who need it. Besides your office, the crematorium and the morgue, you have no access.
Librarian.png
Librarian
The Librarian spends most of their time in the Library printing out books and lending them out. The Library itself has a permanence to its contents from game to game on the servers, all properly uploaded books can be downloaded in any other round.
Explorer.png
Explorer
Explorers are tasked with travelling into Space and the Gateway, looking for ruins, life (friendly or hostile), or simply anything else interesting. They then report back with their findings. The job requires a varied set of skills to do well at, as Explorers are often required to hack into old ruins or derelict craft, defend themselves from hostile life, and treat their own injuries in the field.
