Programs
Programs are downloaded through the NTNet Software Download Tool. If you have no access to one, it will not show up in the list. The Captain has access to all programs except for the Syndicate ones.

Syndicate

Features
NTNet Relay Chat Client
The Chat Client is something like the PDA messaging groups but it has three major differences. One, you can password-protect your rooms though the system administrators can enter these rooms anyways. Two, you get no notification about new messages, making it great for stealthier users. And lastly but most importantly, it works via the NTNet Quantum Relay.
The NTNet Quantum Relay transmits messages across all seven z-levels and it only requires one machine to operate. There is one NTNet Quantum Relay at Telecommunications at roundstart. Should it get destroyed, it can be rebuilt via the Circuit Imprinter.
Command and Communications
If the Bridge is lost, it does not mean the Captain has lost all their power. The following features are accessible through Command and Communication:
- Accept or deny docking requests
- Call and cancel the shuttle
- Change the security level (up to blue)
- Change the status display
- Check messages
- Make an announcement
- (Make a Syndicate announcement)
- Restart the Nano-Mob Hunter GO! server
