Your Job is what NanoTrasen has assigned to do aboard the [Space Station]. It defines what equipment you start with, your ID card access, and what you're actually supposed to be doing.

You should also read up about Space Law, so you know your rights and Clone Memory Disorder if you happen to die and be cloned. Not doing so is considered very bad form for Roleplay.

Due to new NanoTrasen equal rights laws, you might encounter some interesting new Species working alongside you.

Heads of Staff

Captain	Manage the station and your crew. Try not to die whilst doing so.	Hard

Blueshield Officer	Guard the Heads of Staff, stop the CE from tossing himself into the singulo.	Medium
Customs Officer	Push buttons.	Boring
Internal Affairs Agent	Investigate internal issues. Attempt to be socially unbiased.	Useless

Maintenance and Supply

Cargo Technician	Deliver crates and send mail. Listen to your boss.	Easy
Shaft Miner	Mine materials for the station.	Boring
Botanist	Grow food for the Chef. Experiment with plants.	Easy

Medical Doctor	Heal people and deal with other ailments.	Boring
Paramedic	Transport people with your ambulance.	Easy
Psychologist	Straight-jacket people and lock them away forever for drawing on the floor.	Useless
Chemist	Create medicines and research chemical weaponry.	Easy
Geneticist	Play with the human genome. Discover strange powers. Deal with genetic diseases.	Very Hard
Virologist	Create cures for, and research diseases.	Boring (unless traitor)
