The Race Ambassador has been retired in Paradise Station. It is a refundable Karma unlock that can be refunded for 30 Karma points per racial ambassador unlocked.

Overview
The Ambassador is a representative for a different race aboard the station. They make sure that their race is known about and that they are treated fairly and equally.
Legal Status:
The role of Ambassador is not one to be taken lightly. You are the representative of a not so well known race and it is your job to make the race well known and treated fairly. You are not above the law in any way. You have to act just like everyone else and in return you should be treated fairly, just like any other race aboard the station should be treated. It is your job to show everyone your race and tell them about the race. What they like to eat, how they socialize, etc. It is a teaching experience for everyone else, as they will be getting introduced to new races and it is your job to do this.
