The Nanotrasen Career Trainer functions as an educator aboard Nanotrasen holdings, instructing newly employed and experienced crew on performing their assigned duties in a company-mandated way.
Overview 
Nanotrasen Career Trainers (NCTs for short) are currently a mentor/admin only job. They are held to a higher standard, like any other staff-only job.
NCTs are on the station to support any crewmember that might need additional attention or training.
If you wish to have a NCT come and assist you, you can mhelp (F1) and ask for help. Either the mentors see this mhelp or they can get a message to them that you are in need of help. When they have free time, they will come to you to help!
Deadly Education
Round-Start antagonists are ineligible to be matched to the job of Nanotrasen Career Trainer.
Note that if you are selected as antag, but your character's job preferences are set such that the round is unable to match you to any available non-mindshielded job, you will be instead be returned to the lobby, and the antag role will be assigned to another player.
As a mindshielded crew member, you cannot be converted into an antagonist through thralling, unless you have lost your mindshield implant, either to cloning or surgical removal. If, however, you are somehow unshielded, thralled, and then re-implanted with a mindshield, you will remain thralled.
